a Subscription Service:
Norton Internet Security software is known to interfere with access to Coastline Subscription Services. If you are running Norton Internet Security and cannot access a Subscription Service please allow the affected site in Norton Internet Security configuration or consider using alternative security software such as Outpost firewall and AVG antivirus, both free for home users. If your browser is displaying the following error message the library barcode number has been entered incorrectly:
The library card barcode number is located on the back of your Coastline library card, as shown below (circled in red). A 14 digit number with no spaces must be entered to obtain external access to Coastline Subscription Services.
