The Dora Public Library  is located at 56125 Goldbrick Road in the unincorporated area of Dora in Coos County. The Dora Public Library is a member of the Coos County Library Service District, along with seven other public libraries and Southwestern Community College Library. Through this cooperative effort , the Dora Public Library provides free services to all residents living within the Coos county boundaries. 

Free Service

The library  holds over 13,800 materials including over 11,000 books, and 500 compact discs, cassette tapes and books on cassette. We subscribe to over 30 individual magazines and 3 local newspapers. More than 1500 VHS & DVD titles are also  available for check-out.

In addition to these items, many people enter the library to utilize print and electronic reference resources, access the Internet through the Library’s satellite connection, or attend one of the Library’s  events.
