SUMMER READING FOR ALL AGES!

 

Dora Library will host summer reading events this year for all ages.

The children's program, "Make a Splash!--READ", suitable for K-7th grades, is held from 11:30 am-12:30 pm on

Monday, June 28, July 12, July 19th, July 26, August 2, and August 9.

The teen program, "Make Waves at Your Library" for grades 8-12,  will be held on the same dates from 10:30-11:30 am.

Both programs are designed to encourage reading throughout the summer. Come join Sherri Erwin for fun, games, crafts, and a chance to win prizes.

New this year, is an adult reading program, entitled "Water Your Mind--READ!". The group will meet from 2:00 - 3:00 pm on

Monday, June 21, July 12, August 9, August 23, September 13, and September 20.

A special event will be held on Wednesday, August 4th at 7 pm featuring entertainer Tom Question. This is sure to be fun for the whole family.

All programs are free to the public.

Dora Library, through its membership in the Coos County Library Service District, is participating in the Library2Go Program sponsored by the Oregon Digital Library Consortium. Library patrons can now download audiobooks and videos from Library2go's extensive catalog!
